      生产组长（包装行业-纸盒）
      1、 负责依生产计划安排生产，负责机器设备调试。
      Responsible for setting up machine based on production plan
      2、 负责及时跟进生产进度，确保准时交货。
      Follow up production status, ensure on time delivery
      3、 对本班生产产品质量负责，依作业标准做好产品质量抽检工作，监督作业员做好首检及自检工作。
      Responsible for quality made by the team, do random check based on QC standard, supervise workers to pay attention to their quality
      4、 及时处理本班生产异常（含品质异常），不能处理的及时上报，对品质不良作纠正和预防并组织落实。
      Tackle QC problem, report to supervisor, carry out the decision and solution among the team
      5、 负责本班员工培训，确保作业员均依作业指导书及设备操作规程操作，对本组生产安全负责。
      Training for the team, make sure they follow our steps and machine operation instruction, be responsible for the team’s production
      6、 负责生产技术指导。
      Responsible for the production technician instruction
      7、 负责严格控制本组物料损耗、杜绝浪费。
      Control raw material, avoid wastage
      8、 负责本班5S推行工作，确保车间整洁、干净。
      Responsible for the 5S, make sure a clean and tidy workshop
      9、 负责本班生产设备保养和维护。
      Responsible for the machine maintenance
      10、负责及时填写日报表。
      Responsible for daily production report
      11、负责配合各班组工作，及时完成主管交办事项。
      Coordinate and cooperate work assignments within each team and finish supervisor’s task assigned
