1. Ensure all equipment in the factory is in good working conditions;
      2. Assist in development and implementation of an electrical preventive maintenance system for all plant building and production equipment;
      3. Ensure electric power system in good and safety conditions.
      4. Ensure compressed air system in good and safety conditions.
      5. In charge of reduce downtime rate.
      6. Supervise all technic documents.
      7. Root cause analysis difficult and repeated trouble then carry out solutions.
      8. Support daily maintenance works.
      9. Collect and manage all technical documents, prepare spare parts.
      10. Training electric technician and improve maintenance and pre-maintenance efficiency.
      11. Participate in make pre-maintenance SOP and implementing pre-maintenance plan.
      12. Monitor power supply and collect related date.
