General Position Summary:
* To provide superior service and information to customers regarding orders received, job specifications, new job sampling delivery, i***entory control, shipping schedule, complaints timely handling;
* To assure all proper information has been given to production for incoming or in process orders;
* To assist CS Supervisor and Key Account Manager on problem solving issues giving proactive supports when necessary.
Job/Experience Requirement:
* College degree or above, major in Printing/Packaging or Trading;
* At least 2 years customers service experiences;
* Has experience in international trading and knowledge about customs procedures operation are preferred;
* Familiar with ERP/SAP concepts and applications with operation or implementation experience;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
* Must be able to manage conflicts in a mature and practical manner;
* Computer literate.
