Primary focus
1.Responsible for the training of the new hires and existing staff, by teaching them concepts and best practices of different accounts, and then later on training them intensively on their respective account designation.
2.Ensuring that the new hires are ready and competent to do actual jobs by giving them live jobs while on training and a periodic knowledge checks.
3.Identifying training and development needs of the organization / workforce by coordinating with their respective team leaders and project managers.
4.Designing and implementing training programs that will answer the training and development needs of the organization.
5.Designing of training materials.
6.Evaluating the success of the training program.
7.Assist in any additional responsibilities, as directed by management. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.

Requirements:
1.college graduate
2.Print production and packaging knowledge
3. 1-2 years experience in the same capacity. 3-5 years experience in retail packaging design and artwork management
4.A high degree of fluency in English -both spoken and written
5.Working knowledge in Adobe Acrobat and Excel.
Adobe programs (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Bridge)
Reporting and presentation skills
Knowledge of Esko workflows and GMG would be an advantage
