1.Based on the company‘s business development and organizational planning, support the departments to finish the headcount plan.
2.Explore and optimize multi-channel recruitment resources for different levels of positions to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment activity.
3.Responsible for the interview and selection to ensure appropriate recruitment method is selected and qualified candidate is hired via recruitment requirements and timescale.
4.Ensure the selection, interview, new employment activities follow recruitment procedure and well arranged in a professional way.
5.Ensure the manpower requirement from each department is within approved H/C budget.
6.Update weekly recruitment report, and analysis recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
7.Help to set up the organizational structure and job design to improve the company‘s job position description.
8.Help to deploy other HR projects.
任职资格:
1.Bachelor degree.
2.At least 3 years recruiting experience and total 5 years HR related experience.
3.Professional HR knowledge and experience in related aspects of HR functions, especially for interview.
4.Be familiar with local labor law and other government regulations on employment.
5.Good in English.
