岗位职责Responsibilities & Duties of the Position:
      (1),Lead quality team to maintain quality system and optimize process including inhouse quality,suppliers quality and customer quality.
      (2),Lead internal team to optimize the process and upgrade quality team
      (3),Inhouse quality management-Manage and improve the inhouse quality performance
      (4),Suppliers quality management-Manage suppliers quality performace
      (5),Customer quality management-Manage customer quality feedback and track quality correction actions implementation.
      (6),Improve quality standard and SOP’s execution and Optimize the existing process to enhance process control ability and support business growth.
      
      岗位候选人要求Requirement of candidates: ( Specify: Age / Sex / Education / Experience / Special skill and competency requirement / personal successful attributes )
      (1) BS Technical Degree or above
      (2) 8+ years working experience with technical, quality and leadership background.
      (3) Demonstrated leadership, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
      (4) Strong background and experience in quality assurance, quality control and quality management, familiar with statistical quality control tools, such as FMEA, gage R&R, SPC etc.
      (5) ISO9001 auditor certified or trained.
      (6) GB or BB certified is preferred.
      (7) Self-discipline, self-starter, ability to work in cross-functional.
      (8) Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality, fluent in oral and written in English and Mandarin.
