质量工程师（CQE）
      工作职责：
      1.负责客户处品质异常处理
      2. 对公司内预防纠正措施的跟进和统计，为质量决策提供数据支持
      3. 对公司内部的预防纠正措施，如8D和CAR的跟进和统计分析
      4. 负责公司内仪器仪表日常维护和校验
      5. 领导及处理客户反馈, 监督行动计划的执行
      任职资格
      1. 大专以上文化，印刷行业优先
      2. 印刷厂5年以上工作经验，会做彩盒，精品盒
      3. 较强对外协调能力及执行力
      4. 良好的沟通及演示技巧，英语良好
      5. 对ISO系统及QA/QC有良好的理解
      客户代表（AE）
      工作职责
      1. To manage program life cycle activities (from Ramp to EOL), to monitor closely on program status and ensure completion of all commitments made relative to program development timelines, delivery, quality according to targets from customers;
      2. To deliver customer requirements, specifications, project schedule to cross-functional teams and to support production and technical teams for issues which are related to new product launch, capacity, engineering and product quality ;
      3. To support Sales internal to check the product spec and release cost inquiry to commercial team, be as the major contact window internally with PE, PC for quotation and samples making.
      4. To establish and maintain good relationships with customers, to communicate with customers proactively and ensure that customer requirements and needs are fulfilled within contractual guidelines;
      5. To prioritize and pragmatically manage day-to-day customer service, manufacturing, quality assurance and supply chain functions and over time sales activities in pursuit of reaching the established goals ;
      6. To be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues;
      7. To manage and monitor closely on material Excess & Obsolete when programs are close to EOL ;
      任职资格
      1. At least 3-5 years of experience for customer service
      2. The background with OEM industry and printing is preferred
      3. Be good at numeral and willing to do detailed wor
