1.Take the overall responsibilities to ensure proper follow up and monitoring of all quality activities are in accordance to the quality standard required.

      2. Lead and Manage the in-process QC team to complete the routine quality control task timely.
      领导和管理制程QC团队完成日常工作质量控制任务及时完成
      3. Response to in-process quality issue handing, coordinate with related departments and use proper quality tools to find the root cause and fix the corrective actions/ preventive actions.
      响应过程中质量问题的处理，协调相关部门和使用适当的质量工具找出根本原因并采取纠正措施/预防措施。
      4. Regularly review the in-process quality performance trend with related departments, and drive for continuous improvement.
      定期与相关部门一起回顾过程质量绩效趋势，并推动持续改进
      5. Supervise the 5S at all production area to ensure all works are carried out according to EHS policy and other discipline.
      监督所有生产区域的5S，确保所有工作都按照EHS政策和其他纪律进行。
      
      任职要求：
      Education and Training:
      1.College degree or equivalent education
      大专及以上学历
      Experience and Skill:
      1.Good experience in the leadership role at In-process Quality Control.
      良好的在制品质量控制方面的领导经验。
      2. To have the background in printing industry is preferred.
      有印刷行业工作背景者优先
      3. Demonstrate strong knowledge of analytical skills, in regards to statistics needed for quality tools (8D,5why, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, etc.).
      具备较强的分析能力，了解质量工具(8D,5why, FMEA, SPC，控制计划等)
